Softball Victoria is seeking a passionate and experienced softball administrator to take on the newly established voluntary role of State Coordinator of Coaching.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading coach development across Regions, Associations, Clubs and communities in Victoria.
The role will manage the planning and delivery of all coaching courses in Victoria and provide further training opportunities for State, pathway and community coaches alike.
The successful candidate will be a results driven, confident communicator, with a strong understanding of sport culture and diverse perspectives.
Applicants must hold a current Level 3 coaching accreditation (under previous SA system), with a minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Head Coach or relevant leadership position.
