Experienced umpiring team ready to set the standard at Women’s Invitational

Fourteen Victorian umpires, including Olympic, World Championship and National-level umpires, have been announced as the officials for the inaugural Softball Victoria Women’s Invitational.

Amongst a number of local umpires, Olympic-level umpire Kerry Franklin, World Championship-level umpires Jason Carter, Trevor Murphy and Richard Barrow, and National-level umpires Richard Dodds, David Addlem and Debbie Keogh will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the competition. Their presence will help ensure the highest level of officiating possible throughout the competition, while simultaneously providing an excellent development opportunity to Victorian officials.

In the spirit of the game, all of these umpires have generously offered to donate their time in order to support the competition through its first year. Softball Victoria greatly appreciates their generosity and congratulates all those listed below on their appointment.
